It is with pleasure that Insight welcomes Campbelltown as a valued member of Libero sites after selecting Libero as their new library management software.
Campbelltown City Council, with of the population approximately 143,000, provides a library service which includes 5 branches, a Home Library service, Family History and Local Studies facilities. Currently its membership of 60,000 identifies it as a valued community facility with an annual circulation figure of over 820,00 issues and renewals per year.
As other Libero users are well aware, the project of implementing a new library management system is a huge undertaking. We would like to thank all the Campbelltown staff for their commitment and positive attitude to the project, especially Claire Dawdy, Andrew Gee and Dianne Abbot who have been working closely with Libero's staff during this time. Training is currently being undertaken by the Campbelltown staff and it is anticipated they will "go live" in early November.
We are delighted to be working with the Campbelltown library staff to ensure a positive transition and look forward to assisting them in the use of Libero to ensure the benefits for them and their members continues into the future.
